When do I pay, and when does monthly billing start?
Your initial service is paid at your first appointment. Monthly billing begins 30 days after your initial treatment, and you pay the same monthly amount after that. You’re never charged the initial fee and your first monthly payment on the same day. Card payments include a 3.5% processing fee. No fee for cash, check, or bank payments.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation penalties and no hard feelings.
What’s included in Desert Shield?
Every other month: an exterior perimeter barrier around your foundation and key exterior areas, full-property granules where appropriate, spiderweb removal, garage and entry-point treatment, interior treatment when needed, in-wall treatments at appropriate accessible locations, and an inspection for pest activity.
What if pests come back between visits?
Free re-services for covered pests between visits while your Desert Shield plan is active. Just call or text us.
I’m switching from another company. What do I need?
Eligible new customers switching from another company get their first treatment free when they enroll in recurring Desert Shield protection. Not combinable with other offers. Proof of current or recent pest control service may be required. Monthly billing still begins 30 days after your initial treatment.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
All treatments are applied according to product labels, site conditions, and safety requirements by licensed applicators. Keep kids and pets off treated areas until they’re dry, and follow any instructions your technician gives you.
What areas do you serve?
All of Washington County — including St. George, Washington, Hurricane, La Verkin, Toquerville, Ivins, Santa Clara, Leeds, Apple Valley, Hildale, Springdale, Virgin and Rockville — plus Cedar City.
Do you treat termites and rodents?
